Ideal candidate must have before applying:

• Social Security Card or (Proof of eligibility to work in USA)

• CPR/First Aid Certification

• CNA Certification or Nursing License or (1) yr experience

• Proof of Valid Car Insurance

• Motor Vehicle Record Review (applicant can print from DMV website)

• Valid TB Skin Test within (1) year
